Catalog browsing is free for everyone; member pricing is visible to active members only. Membership fees are billed as described at signup and are non-refundable once a membership term has started. We may decline or cancel any membership at our discretion with a pro-rated refund of unused time.
You must be legally eligible to purchase the items you order — including being 18+ for long guns and ammunition and 21+ for handguns and handgun ammunition under federal law, and meeting any stricter requirement in your state. All firearm transfers are completed through a licensed FFL dealer with a background check. We refuse and refund any order we believe is a straw purchase or otherwise unlawful.
Prices track live distributor cost and can change without notice. Obvious pricing or inventory errors may be cancelled and refunded even after an order is placed. Items shown in stock reflect distributor inventory feeds and are not guaranteed until a purchase order is accepted.
Orders are confirmed when payment is collected. Unpaid orders may be cancelled after 7 days. We may cancel and refund any order at our discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wild Wild West Arms LLC dba CostGuns.com's liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Firearms are dangerous products — safe handling, storage, and lawful use are solely the buyer's responsibility.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Florida.
