CostGuns is a drop-ship pricing club: your order ships directly from our distributors' warehouses, which is how we keep prices at dealer cost. Most in-stock items leave the warehouse within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as the carrier picks up.
Flat rate $14.95 per order. Orders that ship from more than one distributor warehouse still pay one flat rate — we cover the difference.
Every firearm must ship to a licensed FFL dealer, where you complete the ATF Form 4473 and background check before taking possession. You pick your dealer at checkout. Confirm your dealer's transfer fee with them directly — it is not included in our pricing. If your chosen dealer's license can't be verified, we'll contact you before anything ships.
Ammunition ships by ground carrier only and requires an adult signature (21+) at delivery. Some states and localities restrict direct ammunition shipments; where a restriction applies we will contact you to arrange shipment to a licensed dealer or cancel and refund that portion of the order.
It is the buyer's responsibility to know the laws that apply at the ship-to address (magazine capacity, feature bans, ammunition rules, etc.). We review orders for obvious restriction conflicts and will contact you rather than ship a non-compliant item, but the final legal responsibility rests with the buyer and the receiving dealer.
